摘要
介绍一种用于治疗股骨髁上及髁间骨折的内固定器械一双扁形髓内钉系统(DFIS);从生物力学角度比较了DFIS与L形髁钢析、Ender钉、Rush钉的非破坏性抗弯及破坏性抗扭性能。结果显示:DFIS的抗弯抗扭性能优于Ender钉及Rush钉,过伸抗弯性能与L形褓钢板比较无显著性差异。经临床应用20例,18例获8~44月随访,骨折全部愈合;优9例,良6例,一般3例。该器械操作简便,固定牢靠,损伤小,术后不必外固定,可早期负重,能用于股骨髁上及髁间各类型骨折。

this paper the authors introduce a double flat intramedullary nailing system(DFIS)used in the
treatment of fractures of the supracondylar and intercondylar of the fe- mur. Biomechanical tests
were carried out.The results demonstrated that DFIS were superi- or to Ender nail and Rush pin.
In the aspect of extension stability,there was no significantdiffernce between DFIS;and L
condylar plate. The authors treated 20 cases of these fracturesusing DFIS,18 caxes were
followed- up for 8~44 months . All fractures were healed.The re- sults were classified as
excellent in 9 cases,good in 6 cases fair in 3 cases. This device cangive satisfactory fixation
and minor damage. External immobilization after operation is notrequired.Ambulation and
weight bearing are allowed in an early period.It can be used forvarious types of supracondylar
and intercondylar fractures of the femur.
