摘要
以指血血清为样品，用赖氏法测定１４４例门诊病人及１０１例献血员（正常参考值）ＡＬＴ浓度，并与自身静脉血赖氏法和自动生化分析仗的测定值比较。结果相关良好（ｒ＝０．９６３～０．９９６），正常参考值上限为３８．９Ｕ／ｄｌ。木法应用于２０００多例人群的ＡＬＴ检测，证明它具有简便、经济、准确、重复性好，病人痛苦少等优点，可为试剂盒的微量化研究提供技术上的启示。

aminotransferase(ALT)was determined from 144 patients and 101 heaIthy vol-unteers using
finger blood method. The results were compared with that of vein bloodmethod(including
Reitman-Frankel method and automatic biochemistry analysor)got fromthe same samples,The
values of the three methods showed close relativity(r=0.963～0.996).The normal value of ALT
was 38.9U/dl.Two thousand samples were as-sayed by finger blood method.The results
indicated that the method is easy to operate,it hasgood repetition,and requises only minimal
quantity of sample.
