摘要
观察１９６例维持性血透病人血清β２－微球蛋白（β２－ＭＧ）的改变和分析并发手腕管综合征（ＣＴＳ）的原因。结果显示，患者β２－ＭＧ平均为３６．７±１１．８３ｍｇ／Ｌ，高于正常人；β２－ＭＧ与透析时间有关。１２例病人并发ＣＴＳ，均透析８年以上。此外，ＣＴＳ发病与年龄有一定关系。
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome(CTS)is one of the complications in
long-term hemodialysispatients,which is caused by high serum β2-MG amd CTS.In this papu
196 hemodialysis pa-tients were observed.The average serum β2-MG was 36.7± 11·8mg/L,
which was higherthan the normal group.Serum β2-MG was related with hemodialysis duration.
Twelve pa-tients were complicated with CTS, all of them had received hemodialysis over 8
years. Theit average age was higher than patients without CTS. CTS patients and those without
CTSwere not different in serum β2-MG.
