摘要
自１９９２年４月至１９９４年１０月应用ＣＤ椎弓根钉－棒治疗腰椎滑脱２７例。平均随访１２个月，手术疗效满意。优良率９２．６％，融合率９６．３％，滑脱平均改善占６７．２％，并发症发生率为１８．５％。无神经损伤和器械断裂。结果表明，ＣＤ椎弓根内固定治疗腰椎滑脱具有矫形能力强，固定强度高，影响运动节段少，并发症低，临床疗效好的优点，是目前较理想的腰骶融合内固定器。
From April 1992 to October 1994,
27 cases of patients with various lumbar spondylolis-thesis stabilized by using
Cotrel-Dubousset pedicle screw system for lumbar or lumbosacralfusion were studied. The
average following-up period was 12 months. The results showedthat the clinical effective rate
was 100%and the excellent and good results were 92.6% The average degree of slip correction
was 67.2%,Ten out of 27 patients got complete re-duction. The bony fusion rate was 96.3%,One
case became pseudoarthrosis due to rod loos-ening. The incidence of total complications was
18.5%, No neurological damage and hard-ware breakdown occurred.This study demonstrated
that the Cotrel-Dubousset svstem hadremarkable advantage over any other posterior fixers in
the treatment of lower back disor-ders,It is more suitable for the anatomic change of
lumbosacral segment.It can stabilize lesssegments,as well as reach the strongest three
dimensional rigidity and get excellent clinicalresults,It’s an ideal fixer for the lumbar or
lumbosacral fusion.
