摘要
本文报告后装腔内放疗技术治疗鼻咽癌64例。其中放射治疗未控31例,放射治疗后鼻咽局部复发33例。使用铱源或銫源,总治疗量1800CGY～4800CGY。近期疗效CR病例59例(92.2％),SR4例(6.25％),无效1例(1.56％)。随访追踪二年以上者24例,其中生存16例(二年生存率66.7％)。因而提出鼻咽癌放疗未控或放射治愈后鼻咽癌局部复发病例是较好的适应症,另外对未治初发早期病例(T_1～T_2),建议作后装腔内放疗,颈部作外照射,这样可以减少放疗并发症,值得探讨。
64 cases of NPC were treated with the buchler HDR afterloading machine in our Hospital from March, 1985 up to the present time . The whole series of 64 cases had been treated by a full course of external irradiation. Among them 31 cases had local uncontrolled lesions and another 33 cases had local recurrence after irradiation. For the Buchler HDR less than 4000 cgy were given for the former group of 26 cases , and more than 4000 Cgy for the latter group of 38 cases.Therapeutic results showed that after buchler HDR treatment, complete remission (CR) was observed in 59 cases (92.18%), (PR) in 4 cases (6.25%), and no response in one case (1.56%). 24 cases had been followed up for more than two years, among them 16 cases (66.7%) survived with no evidence of tumor, 7 cases (29.2%) died and one case (4.1%) was lost of follow up .The advantage and existing problems was discussed in the paper.
