镉对大鼠心肌SOD活性、LPO水平及心肌细胞超微结构的作用 被引量:4

The Effects of Cadmium on SOD Activity,LPO Level and on the Ultrastructure of Myocardium in Rats

摘要 染镉组大鼠饲以含镉鼠饲料,对照组饲以普通鼠饲料。于第12周末处死。取出心脏,部分做组织匀浆用于测定SOD活性及LPO水平;另一部分做超薄切片供电镜观察。结果表明:①染镉组SOD活性显著低于对照组(P<0.01);LPO水平却明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。②染镉组大鼠心肌细胞内,部分线粒体肿胀、嵴断裂,甚至变成含有絮状物的大泡。部分肌丝排列紊乱或断裂。本文认为心肌超微结构的改变除由于镉的直接作用外,尚与镉所致SOD活性下降以及质膜脂质过氧化水平升高有关。 The rats of Cd group were fed with rodent pellet diet containing CdCl2 for 12 weeks.At the end of the 12 weeks,the hearts of the rats were sliced into two parts for tissue homogenating and ultrathin sectioning respectively.The tissue homogenates were used to assay the activity of SOD and the level of LPO.The sections were observed with electron microscope.The results were that:(1)The SOD activity in Cd group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01).The LPO level in Cd group was significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.01).(2)In myocardiocytes of Cd group,some mitochondria swelled,their cristae disrupted,and even changed into vesicles containing cotton-like substance.Some myofilaments disarranged or broke.It was suggested that the ultrastructure changes of myocardiocytes be related not only to the direct toxic effect of Cd but also to the decreased activity of SOD and increased LPO level in plasma membrane.
