摘要
作者自１９８９～１９９３年间应用心律平静脉注射治疗室上性心动过速８２例；其中显效６２例（７５．６％）、有效１４例（１７％）、无效６例（７．４％），结果显示该方法作用快，疗效显著，副作用轻微、是目前治疗室上性心动过速的一种较为有效手段。本文还结合文献就影响疗效的因素及注意事项等问题进行了探讨。
cases of tachycardia,with supraventricle of heart were treated from 1989 to 1993 with propafenone by intravenation the heating effect of 62 cases(75.6%) was remarkable and of 14 cases(17%) was effective,but of 6 cases(7.4%)ineffective.The method appeared to have rapid and remarkable effect,also the side-effect was seldom this method is better for treating patients with tachycardia with supraventride of heart.
