摘要
本文根据制备高温红外辐射导电材料的基本原理，探讨了研制硅质红外辐射材料的工艺条件。
Based on the principle of making high temperature conductive IR radiation materials, the process conditions for silicon matrix conductive IR radiation material are discussed accordingly.
