摘要
本文研究了在有机碱作用下,降低HZSM—5沸石分子筛的表面酸强度,制得表面减活的HZSM-5催化剂,并用FT-IR、TPD方法表征了酸强度的变化。在固定床反应器中,用这种催化剂进行了丁稀催化低聚反应实验。结果表明,在一定的温度、压力、空述条件下,该催化反应具有很高的选择性。
In this paper, we discussed the process for catalytic conversion of butene to heavier hydrocarbons by catalytic oligomerzation using a medium pore shape selective acid crystalline zeolife HZSM-5,Which surface was inactivated with a sterically hindered basic oranophosphorus compound.The deactivation of the Bronsted acid stiles was demeonstrated by using FT-IR and TPD methods.The result indicated that under a moderate temperatane and WHSV and relatively high pressure, the selectivity of this conversion process is very high.
