摘要
微量元素对婴儿健康的影响已愈来愈多的被临床妇产科所重视。本文采用ＩＣＰ发射光谱对新生儿头发中的钙、锌、镁、铁、铜等八种元素进行测定，了解其含量。因其含量的过多或过少会直接影响到体内物质代谢、免疫功能及生长发育等，具有重要的临床意义。
The influence of trace elements upon the babies health has been attached more and more importance by the clinical gynecology and obstetrics. This thesis used ICP emission spectrum to determine the eight elements including calcium zinc, magnesium,iron,copper and other ones,and try to know the content of each element,The clinical significance exists in that more and less of the content will directly influence metabolism,immunity and physical development.
