摘要
本文提出使用一种新的模糊数学方法一聚类分析法进行城市环境噪声功能区域划分，并设计了相应的软件。所得结果是令人满意的。
Fuzzy cluster analysis is presented in opplication to division of urban environment noise function regions and its appropriate software is designed. The results are satistactory.
