摘要
消癌利生是一种由干蟾皮、牛黄、珍珠、三七等药物组成的抗癌复方中药胶囊制剂。试验证明，在４８μｇ／ｍｌ剂量下对贲门癌细胞即有杀伤作用。临床治疗胃癌、贲门癌１２０例，近期有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）５０％。该药对造血系统、心、肝、肾等脏器无明显毒副作用。
Xiao ai li sheng is an antineoplastic co capsules of traditional chinese medicine. It ismade up of such drugs as dry skin of toad(Gan Chan Pi), calculus bovis(Niuhuang) margarita(Zhenzhu), radix Notoginseng(sanqi) and so on.The tests showed that the drug in conecentration of 48μg/ml had remarkable effect of damaging neoplastic cells of cardiac cancer.The drug was used to treat 120 cases of gastric and cardiac cancers effectively, with a shortterm effective rate(CR+PR)50%. The drug is not poisonous and has no side effects to thehcmopoictic systcm such as heart, liver, kidney and other organs.
