摘要
本文有两个目的:第一是表明能控能观性概念在飞行控制系统设计中有重要实用价值;第二是研究有关能控能观性概念应用的几个共同性问题。
The objective of this paper is twofold: first, to indicate the important practical value of the CO concepts in the design of the flight control systems, and second, to study some common problems about the application of the CO concepts.
