摘要
近年来我国水产养殖业和畜牧业发展迅速,配合饲料工业也随之应运而生,但配合饲料中重要成份——鱼粉产量远远供不应求,质量也很不理想。六十年代末沿海各地兴起了大批小鱼粉厂,问题在于生产工艺落后,产品质量低劣。所以解决鱼粉问题,必须从技术改造和加强综合管理两方面努力.为了提高国产鱼粉质量,鱼粉生产应大力推广湿制法工艺,目前,我国也已研制成功中、小型湿法鱼粉设备,为改造我国鱼粉加工业起到了一定作用。当前迫切需要改造、提高鱼粉技术装备,迅速改变我国鱼粉加工业的落后面貌,为此,特编写本文供大家参考.
Commercial feed industry is on the upgrade in China with recently rapid development of aqu- aculture and livestock husbandry.However,the supply of fishmeal-an important ingredient in the commercial feed seriously falls short of dema- nd.At the same time,fishmeal quality is unsatis- factory. A great number of small fishmeal plants spr- ung up in the coastal areas in the 1960s,but the fishmeal product was poor in quality due to the backwardness of production technology.To tackle the above problems,great efforts should be made with technical innovation and comprehensive ma- nagement.Since recent success with medium/small sized wet processing fish-meal equipments,they have played an important role in fishmeal indust- ry. The author points out the innovation and im- provement of fishmeal processing technology and equipments are still in urgent need to accelerate the development of fishmeal industry in China.
