摘要
“９２８１”防治苹果树皮腐烂病的室内及田间试验结果表明，“９２８１”对苹果树皮腐烂病有明显的治疗效果。“９２８１”室内抑菌效果明显，用药液浸泡病组织，４倍液杀菌率８４．０％，原液杀菌率１００％．平板抑菌试验５００倍液抑菌率为１００％．日间涂刷病斑后有明显的治疗和铲除病菌的作用。用原液，２倍液、４倍液涂刷病斑５０ｄ后观察，可明显抑制病斑扩展，防效在９０％以上。
This paper concerns about some experiments with '9281' against the apple tree canker in the laboratory and field. The results showed that '9281' gave good effectiveness for control of apple tree canker. The Valsa mali was inhibited clearly by colony diameter test,the percentage of control of the Valsa mali was up to 100% with '9281' of 500x. The percentage of killing of the Valsa mali was respectively 84. 0% and 100 % when the tissues of apple tree affected by Valsa mali soaked in '9281' with 4x and the liquid of 100 percent of '9281' for 10 minutes. there was a good effect when the lesion was coated with '9281'.It can restrain the prolongation of affected spot. The controlled effect was over 90%.
