摘要
本文主要以石家庄地区为例，阐述了目前我国水资源利用及污染现状。分析并指出水资源危机对经济的影响。并从开发利用技术、工农业产业结构调整对水的宏砚控制，及从污染水体资源化、深化水质改革和城镇生活用水节水措施等方面说明如何合理开发使用水资源的对策方案。
The paper expounded present tituation that water resouces is used and polluted at thepresent of China. Analysed and indicated the effects of water resources crisis to economies. According to the microcontrol or dereloping and using technique and adjusting industrial seructure towater resouces, and from Changing polluted water bodies to pure water resources and reformingthe water price and ways of saving on water in cities and towns put forwarded the ways and plansto put water resources to rational develop and good use.
