摘要
本文研究了纺丝温度、组件过滤介质、冷却吹风管理以及切片质量等影响DTY染色均匀性的纺丝工艺条件.结果表明,根据切片的质量,合理调节纺丝工艺,对提高POY的力学性能、降低不匀率有明显效果,特别是在克服DTY的染色不匀、色斑和染色条纹等方面.从而可提高DTY的染色均匀性.
The Spinning conditions which influence the dyeing evenness of polyester DTY including spinning temperature, filter medium, air cooling and the chips quality are investigated. The result shows reasonable control of spinning technology is very effective for improving the mechanical property and decresing the titer unevenness of polyester POY particularly the unevenness, spots and stripes in dyeing of polyester DTY.
