用Ｘ射线衍射法和ＰＯＷＤ１２理论计算程序探讨了多晶刚玉Ｆｅ离子注入层的结构变化。
The structure changes after annealing for the Fe ion implanted layer of polycrystalline sapphire have been studied by X-ray diffraction combined with the POWD12 program.
