摘要
将实际涡轮盘腔简化为转子系统,并用混合长度模型、N-S方程和能量方程模拟了该系统的流场和温度场,采用SIMPLE法数值计算了自由转盘周围的温度场;封闭转子—静子腔内的流场和温度场;有入流和出流的转子—静子腔内的流场。计算结果与实验值符合较好,因而为数值模拟涡轮盘腔内的流场和换热打下了基础。
In a gasturbine engine,a small percentage of air is extracted from compressor to cool the turbine disks.The knowledge of the flow and temperature fields in the turbine disk cavity is the basis for designing the cooling system.In this paper,the turbine disk cavity was simplified as a rotor-stator system.Navier-Stokes equations and energy equation together with the mixing length turbulence model were applied to simulating the flow and temperature field in this system.Numerical solutions by use of SIMPLE method were completed for the flow and temperature fields nearby the free disk and in rotor-stator system.The results are in good agreement with the experimental data obtained by the other researchers.
