摘要
本文介绍了MM定理及以此作为基础发展起来的现代西方企业资本结构理论，并应用MM定理剖析了一度存在时我国企业筹资混乱；以及严重困扰我国企业发展的产权关系不清，政企不分等问题产生的内在原因，进而对解决我国企业资本结构问题的对策作了有益的探讨．
The modern theory of corporate capital Structure based on the MM's therom is showed in the paper. The MM's theorem is applied to analyse the interra reasons of the' triangle -debt' which hove been hndering the development of China's enterprises. Finally,this paper makes some discussion about the ways to deal with the problems of firm's capital structurs in China.
