摘要
对2091铝锂合上接头弱化的原因进行了分析,研究了焊后热处理对2091合金接头强度的影响,提出了分级固溶时效处理强化铝锂合金焊接接头的新方法。研究表明,对铝锂合金接头进行分级固溶时效处理、可以有效提高强度,改善塑性。
The cause of weakeness of Al-Li alloy 2091 joint has been analyzed. And the effectof post-weld heat,treatment on strength of alloy 2091 welded joint is investigated. A newmethod, double stages solid solution and artifitial ageing treatment is present to strength.en Al-Li alloy welded joint. The result shows that this method can increase not only thetensile strength but also the ductility of the alloy 2091 welded joint.
