摘要
介绍了焊条的研制过程及焊条的抗裂性能和耐磨性能以及在生产中的应用.当堆焊层组织为细小的针状马氏体且马氏体基体硬度软硬匹配,则能有效地提高焊条的抗裂性.
Developing features of hardfacing electrode with good properties of cracking resistance and wear resistance are intorduced. the experimental results in laboratory show that the cracking resistance of hardfacing layer can be increased effectively as the layer structure exists as fine acicular martensite and its har dness matches with die base metal.
