摘要
采用焊道错位叠加方法,再现了螺旋管双面埋弧焊制管过程中内、外焊焊接热影响区(HAZ)的焊接热循环。结果表明,在此基础上采用热模拟技术得到的模拟焊接粗晶区试样,在反映实际制管接头焊接影响区组织及力学行为等方面具有一致的可靠性和实用性。为螺旋输送管制管焊缝HAZ的评定研究奠定了基础。
In this paper the HAZ weld thermal cycles of the welding by both sides submerged arc welded steel pipe were reproduced by the dislocation overlap weld method. The results show thal the thermal simulation samples of the coarse grained HAZ obtained by the parameters of the dislocation overlap weld method and have the uniform reliability and practicality in the aspects of microstructure and mechanics with the HAZ of the produced steel pipe. This method lay a foundation to study and evaluate the HAZ of SAW spiral pipe.
