本文简要地介绍了四氢叶酸辅酶仿生化学研究的进展,包括仿生有机合成、酶促反应模型和反应机理等方面。
This paper reviews briefly the progress on biomimetic chemistry of tetrahydrofolate coenzymes, including the biomimetic organic synthesis, the chemical models of enzymatic reaction and the reaction mechanism.
