摘要 在0.5mol/LHCIO_4介质中,采用氟离子选择性电极测定了尿结石中的微量氟.校正空白值后,F的线性范围为1.00×10^(-2)~4.79×10^(-7)mol/L.本法的相对标准偏差和回收率分别为O.75%(n=5)和101.1±4.7%(n=3).6例尿结石的氟含量((?)±s)为2643±2104μg/g,这表明氟化物对尿结石的形成有促进作用. Trace fluoride in urinary calculus was determined in 0. 5mol/L HCLO4 with fluorine ion-selective electrode. The calibration cure for F- is linear in the concentrative range of 1.00×10-2~4.79×10-7mol/L after the rectification of a blank value. The relative stan-dard deviation and the recovety of this method were 0. 75%(n = 5) and 101.1±4. 7% (n = 3) respectively. The fluoride content (±s) in 6 cases of calculus analysed was 2643±2104μg/ g (n= 6). It indicated that the development of the urinary calculus may be promoted by fluoride.
