摘要
随着我国老龄化的进一步扩大,主A瓣的退行性病变日渐增多,应用二维彩色多普勒诊断技术对198例患者进行定性定量分析并测定其心功能,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.01),对疾病的早期诊断及治疗有一定的价值.
As more and more aging problems appear in our country ,there is an increasing number of persons suffering from retrogressive aortic lesions. By means of the two-dimen-sional color Doppler flow imaging,the authors made a qualitative and quantitative analysis on 198 cases with aging retrogressive aortic lesions and measured their heart functions as well. Compared with the control group,there is an evidently difference(P<0. 01),which suggests it be of great value in early diagnosis and treatment of the lesions.
