摘要
从人胚胎细胞中提取磷脂类物质制备成多相脂质体,从人胚胎细胞中提取的脑素包封于多相脂质体中,对脂质体-脑素进行氨基酸分析,结果表明脑素在包封于多相脂质体前后的氨基酸种类和含量均发生了变化,文中对这些变化进行了分析.
Polyphase liposomes were prepared with phospholipid purificated from human embryonic cells. Brain elements extracted from human embryonic cells were entrapped into the polyphsae liposomes. Amino acid of liposome-brain elements was analysed. The results showed the content and kind of amino acids in brain elements were changed before and after the entrapping. These changes were analysed in this paper.
