利用空间条件探讨番茄青椒的遗传变异初报 被引量:10

摘要 将番茄、青椒种子塔载于科学返地卫星及高空气球中,种子在空间条件下运输,返回陆地后,测定种子发芽率、幼苗同工酶,植株长势,产量等。均出现了变异。并在后代得以表达。经几代田间观变及筛选,获得优良株系:TF87—2番茄;1_5,1_(10)青椒。 To board Tomato and Pepper seeds by satellite of hight altitude balloon,and after returm it to the earth to determine it's germination percentage,seedling isoenzyme,plant growing andoutput of vegetable ect.All of the seeds appear variation,and later generations of profitable variation has ban expressed,The characters were expressed in the progenies. By observation andscreen,pomising lines of Tomato TF87-2 and Sweet Pepper L_5 and L_20 were obtained.
