介绍了一种新开发的齿轮棱边电解光饰新工艺，它综合了毛刺根部溶断的电解加工方式及齿轮展成原理，具有良好的丢毛刺及倒角效果，齿面杂散腐蚀范围小、节省电能．并且加工工具阴极通用性较强。
this paper outlines a newly developed technology of electrochemical gear.It utilizes the principle of dissolving burr at its root and gear engagement，and has severalfeatures as high deburring and dhamfering quality，general purpose tool cathode，smallstray etching zone adjacent to the teeth edge and electric energy saving.
