工业纯铁膏剂法稀土硼铝共渗

Rare Earth-B-Al Permeating of True Iron Using Medicinal Extract Method

摘要 采用膏剂法对工业纯铁进行了稀土硼铝共渗,考察了温度、保温时间对渗层厚度的影响,观察了渗层的金相组织及渗层的生长情况。分析认为,硼化物的形成通过吸附、形核和长大三步实现;硼化物晶核的形成主要是在试样表层的晶界和缺陷处形核,而后以扩散机制长大。 The Paper deals with rare earth-B-Al permeating into the irdustrv trueiron using medicinal extract method. It has been researched that the temperature and the timeof retaining temperature had effect on the thickness of permeating layer.The metal and thegrowth of permeating layer on overlap of speeimens have been observed. The results showthat the temperature had the biggest effect on the thicknase of permeating layer in all factorsand that the teeth of boriie was sharp, not regular,continued and part of it was inclined incasc of the experimental condition.Through analysis,there were attachment,nuclcation andtree stages during boride forming,and boride mainly nucleated on grain boundaries.
