摘要
本文简述了黄土的特殊工程性质，扼要总结了黄土崖窑洞的历史震害经验，提出了地震时崖坡临界高度的估算方法，对崖窑的抗震性能进行了较系统的初步研究，为地震区崖窑的挖建提供了一个较有根据的结论。
In the present paper, the special engineering characteristics of the loess is explained briefly, and the damage experience of the cave dwelling on the loess precipice in the historic earthquake is summarized. The approach to estimate the seismic critical height of the loess precipice is proposed, and the seismic performance of the loess cave dwelling is studied systematically. The initial results provided some basis conclusions for the construction of the loess cave dwelling in the seismic areas.
