摘要 本文对用于低渗、低压油气层压裂的泡沫压裂液进行了实验研究。着重介绍了组成泡沫压裂液的起泡剂、稳泡剂的选择试验,无机盐、温度、起泡速度对泡沫参数的影响,泡沫压裂液的性能测定方法。提出了80℃的泡沫压裂液配方及其主要性能参数。 A foaming fracturing fluid,8701F,for low-permeable,low pressure reservior at 80℃ is developed.The choice of foaming and stabilizing agents including polymer thickeners is made up to meet the requirements to the characteristics of foams,mainly foam masse and its half life period,which are set up as some 70% and 60 minutes,respectively.The suggested foaming fracturing fluid 8701F is formulated from surfactant 1321 as foaming agent,polymer HV-4 as foam stabilizer,KCl as clay stabilizer,CH_2O as bactericide,and K_2S_2O_3 as visc- osity reducer.The basic characteristics and behavior of the foaming and foamed fracturing fluid 8701F,the methods of their determination,and the influence of the foaming temperat- ure,the inorganic salts in water used,and the rate of foam formation are presented and discussed.
