摘要
二相厌氧生物处理中产酸相发酵产物的研究已逐渐被人们所重视．本文以糖蜜为底物，通过产酸相发酵产物种类对产甲烷相影响的研究，以期确定最佳发酵类型．通过对丁酸型发酵、丙酸型发酵和乙酵型发酵三种类型的理论和试验结果分析，证实试验中发现的乙醇型发酵可作为产酸相最佳类型．
Moreattention has been paid to the study of fermentation products for the acidogenic phase in the process of two phase anaerobic wastewater treatment.According to the effect of fermentation products on the process of methane phase,the optimal fermentation type can be defined. The ethanol type fermentation was proved to be the optimal fermentation type by the theoretical analyses and tests on the following three types of fermentation-the butyric acid type, the propionic acid type and the ethanol type.
