摘要
本文采用有限元数值分析方法对三轴精密测试合气浮轴系的角刚度进行了精确计算，所得结果为该转台的研制成功提供了重要的设计参数．
This paper analyzed precisely the angular stiffness of gas bearings for three axes precision measuring table. The calculated results provided important design parameters for developing the rotating table successfully.
