摘要
分析了金属单晶材料的力学特性,从理论上推算出精密切削金属单品材料时切削力随金属单晶的晶面、晶向的变化规律,并通过切削实验得到验证。
etal single crystal is a new kind of engineering materials developed in recent years.the mechanical properties of single crystal aluminium and single crystal copper are analyzed.Theoretical study on cutting force change laws is performed, and it is found out that the crystallographic orientation of workpiece material exerts a large influence on the cutting force.Experiments verified the change laws. Experimental results also show that the Crystallographic orientation of workpiece material exerts a large influence on surface roughness.
