摘要
本文介绍了用磁技术处理酸化用液的初步室内实验研究。结果表明,盐酸是抗磁性物质,经一定强度的磁场处理后,在一定时间内可以产生结构或物性上的某种变化。这种变化能起到延缓酸液与岩石矿物反应速度的作用。探讨了磁化盐酸缓速的机理,并对不同磁场强度和不同温度下磁化盐酸的缓速效果进行了研究。
This paper describes a laboratory experimental study on magnetic treatments of acidizing fluids.The results obtained with hydrochloric acids of different concentrations show that common acidizing fluids are of diamagnetizm in nature and treating them by a magnetic field will cause some intrinsic,or structural,changes in them and retard their reaction with rocky minerals.The temperature has little effect on the retardation of rock/acid reactions and practically the same results are obtained with magnetized acids at 28℃,60℃,and 80℃. Rock/acid reactions are retarded in larger extent with more concentrated acids.Under the conditions of experiments performed in this work with a linear flow rate being 1.33cm/sec., the maximum retardation is observed at a magnetic field intensity of the order of 60 mT. However,the magnetized acids are less effective in retarding the rock/acid reaction in later stage in comparison with a distinct retarded consistent compound acidizing fluid suggested in Chinese literature.The possible mechanizms involved in rock/acid reaction retardation with magnetized acidizing fluids are discussed.
