摘要
通过对液压仿形封头旋压过程变形的分析,较系统地提出了如何选择旋压道次间距序列来合理分配变形量的方法,并据之确定出了Φ2000×16封头旋压道次间距序列.本文结果对非封头类件的旋压及数控旋压的旋轮运动轨迹的确定,也具有一定的参考价值。
It this paper,the method is systematically proposed to select the pitchcs of spinningpaeses and to decide their optimum deforming quantity by the analyses on thedeformation in copying spinning process.Based on the method above,the pitches of theφ2000×16 end have been obtained,The paper can aiso provide the determination of theroller passes of other spinning workpieccs with referable values.
