摘要
本文介绍的 SQ-8是一种商品化学剂,主要成分为阳离子活性剂十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和二硫氰基甲烷,用作水基冻胶压裂液的防膨添加剂,具有比常用添加剂更好的粘土防膨性能,并有对压裂液增粘、防腐、杀菌和破乳等作用。这种添加剂在配制压裂液时加入,用量少,不需特殊设备和工艺,配伍性好,不会和压裂液及地层流体发生乳化、沉淀,不伤害地层渗透率。经室内大量模拟试验及现场试验后,这种新型添加剂已在长庆和其它油田现场施工中普遍应用,效果良好。
SQ-8 is a commercial product composed mainly of dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride and methylenthiocyanate.Added into water-base gelling fracturing fluids,it prevents the swelling of water-sensitive clay minerals in contact with aqueous working fluids.In a series of core tests on a number of chemicals SQ-8 is shown to cause the lightest core damage(permeability decrease).Besides,it gives rise to improvements of fracturing liquids in many aspects:gel viscosity increase,corrosion inhibition,being bactericidal,surface tension decrease,etc.Soon after successful field tests SQ-8 is put in more and more use as clay- stabilizer for water-base gelling fracturing fluids in Changqing and other Oil Fields.Recent- ly it is also used in acidizing fluids and well washing operations.
