摘要
研究了 Casson 流变公式η^(1/2)=η_∞^(1/2)+C(■)^(-1/2)在粘土-水悬浮体系中的应用。否定了文献中把η_∞看成是剪率无穷大时体系真实粘度的观点。导出了η_∞<1mPa·s(粘度低于水)的数学条件,并配制了50个这样的体系。指出η_∞仅是一个数学假想值,因为剪率大到一定程度、体系呈紊流时,Casson 公式已不再适用。
The application of Casson's model η^(1/2)=η_∞^(1/2)+C_(?)^(-1/2) to clay-water suspensions is studied. The characteristic η_∞ has been considered in literature as the actual viscosity of a given flowing system at infinite shear rate.In this paper,however,the mathematical condition for η_∞<1mPa·s is introduced and more than 50 such systems are found.It is shown that η_∞ is a mathematical hypothetic value rather than an actual viscosity at infinite shear rate.As the flow becomes turbulent when shear rate is increased to a certain extent,the Casson's model is no longer applicable to the systems studied.
