摘要 本研究目的在于将新型轻质滤料用于铀水冶中萃原液的检查过滤。先后进行了小型、扩大和工业试验。工业试验采用φ4000mm过滤器,处理能力为75—100m^3/h浓密机溢流液。经过滤,其浊度可由250ppm降至5—10ppm。采用浓密机溢流液作纳污滤层的冲洗水。冲洗3.5min,纳污滤层即可复原。本文还叙述了冲洗物的澄清性能相处置方式以及检查过滤对萃取的影响。 It is indicated in this paper that expandable polystyrene pellets can be used as filter media for controlled filtration of uranium ore processing. The results of bench scale test, pilot plant tests and full scale tests are satisfactory. The filter used in the full scale tests is 4 m in diameter, capacity being 75 to 100 m3 of thickener overflow per hour. The first thickener contains about 250 ppm of suspended solid, which can be reduced to 5-10 ppm after filtration. The filter bed is rinsed with the feed liquor for 3.5min. and the rinsed bed can be restored. The entrainment loss of the organic phase consisting of the raffinate from solvent extraction can be decreased by about 60%.
