DETERMINATION OF TRACE GOLD IN CYANIDE WASTE SOLUTION BY 353E RESIN PRECONCENTRATION-FLAME ATOMIC SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

摘要 本文研究了353E大孔双官能团阴离子交换树脂对金的吸附性能,以及银、铜、锌、镍、铁在树脂上的吸附性能,并对金的富集分离条件进行了选择。在pH10以上的氰化介质中,令以Au(CN)_2^-络阴离子吸附在353E脂树上,用0.1mol/L盐酸-3%的硫脲溶液解吸时,金很容易被洗脱,解吸后的金(Ⅰ)可直接进行原子吸收测定。对于0.02—0.5μg/ml Au的试样,相对标准偏差优于±5%,金的回收率为97—101%。方法用于含氰废水中微量金的测定,获得满意结果。 A method is presented for determination of trace gold in cyanide waste solutions. The adsorptive behaviors for Au(Ⅰ), Ag(Ⅰ), Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ)and Fe(Ⅱ) on the 353E anion exchange resin are studied. The conditions for preconcentration of gold and separating parameters are also discussed. The results indicate that Au(CN)- complex anion can be strongly adsorbed onto the 353E resin in the range of pH 10-11 in cyanide medium. It is very easy to elute the gold from the loaded resin using 0.1 mol/1 hydrochloric acid -3% (w/v) thiourea solution. The gold content in the eluate is determined directly by flame-atomic absorption spectrometry The method presented is simple and convenient for determination and is free from interference of some ions (e. g.Ag(Ⅰ), Cu(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅱ), Zn(JI), Ni(Ⅱ) etc.). The determination limit is 0.01mg/1 for gold. The relative standard deviation of the method is better than ±5% and the recovery of gold is 97-101%.
