摘要
航空工业总公司制订的航空工业“腾飞计划”,为我国今后航空工业的发展和腾飞,绘制了一幅宏伟的蓝图.该计划分三步实施我国航空工业民用飞机发展的战略决策.第一步通过MD-90-30干线飞机的生产,使制造能力增强,技术水平上个台阶,管理水平与国际接轨,从而为第二步100座飞机和第三步150～180座飞机的研制,奠定坚实可靠的基础.因此,目前进行的MD-90工程不仅是腾飞三部曲的重要组成部分,而且还起着为我国近代航空工业民机发展实行奠基礼的作用.
The AVIC formulated a TAKE-OFF PLAN in 1993, in which the first step is to co-produce MD-90-30 with McDonnell Douglas in China . Based on the Amendment to Trunk Agreement signed by McDonnell Douglas and AVIC in 1994, XAC, SAC, CAC and SAIC will produce front section, middle section and after section of the fuselage, empennage including fin and engine-pylon, cabin doors, horizontal tail, gear door and assembly respectively. The first MD-90-30 made in China will be delivered in 1998. Through the cooperation plan, the China aviation product level will be improved and management level will be more closed to international standard, thereby it will promote the development of China civil aircraft' s research and production .
