摘要
通过胚胎培救和快速繁殖,首次成功地获得了白菜型油菜与诸葛菜的远缘杂种。杂种植株具有期望的染色体数2n=22。杂种具有较好的结实性。对杂种F_1的细胞学观察表明:杂种不仅能形成减数配子,而且还可形成未减数配子。形成未减数配子的机制是细胞融合和染色体组分割。杂种的可孕性就来源于未减数配子的形成和加倍细胞。
We firstly obtained the hybrid between Brassica chinensis and Orychophragmus violaceus through embryo rescue and rapid multiplication successfully. The hybrid plants had the chromosome number of 2n = 22 as expected. It had a good fertility. The results of cytological observation indicated that the hybrid might produce, not only reduced gamets, but also unreduced gamets. The mechanism of formation of unreduced gamets were, cytomixis and chromosome set fractionation. The fertility of the hybrid was due to production of lots of unreduced gamets and double of chromosome.
