摘要 本文用云南硅藻土研制的VK—05钒催化剂进行SO_2氧化的动力学研究.在前人的六步机理上,根据SO_2在V_2O_5上的键合性,提出三步机理,并导出SO_2在VK—05上的动力学方程. 在消除内外扩散后,采用两段积分反应器,实验数据以非线性组合,对动力学方程进行拟合,并求出相应控制步骤正逆反应活化能. In this paper, kinetic study of SO_2 oxidation on VK-05 Vanadium catalyst carrdie on kieselguhr of Yunnan Province is reported. Based on former mechanism of six steps and bonding property of SO_2 oxidation on V_2O_5,mechanism of three steps was proposed and kinetic equation of SO_2 oxidation on VK-05 was deduced: Two sectional integrating-reactor was uesd without inter-outer dispersion. The kinetic equation is established with experimental data by the nonlinear regression analysis method, and active energy of control step is calculated based on this equation.
