摘要
对于呈现米氏或一级并行米氏消除动力学的药物,本文明确了周期性快速静脉注射下血药浓度变化的数学模型,由此推导出最终的稳态浓度以及给药方案的求解公式,修正了文献[1]中相应的公式。
For drugs showing Michaelis-Menten or simultaneous first-order and Micha-elis-Menten elimination kinetics, this paper clears mathematical models of the pla-sma concentration in the case of periodic bolus intravenous injection, gives formu-lae of steady-state concentrations and dosage regimens, and points out that thecorresponding formulae of [1] are false.
