摘要
为研究膳食营养状况与冠心病及其危险因素之间的关系,我们对1187例不同职业、年龄在60岁以上的老年人的膳食营养状况进行了调查。结果表明:高干组和工人组冠心病及其危险因素的发生率显著高于农民组(P<0.01),通过分析贵阳市不同职业、不同性别的老年男性和女性的膳食营养素摄入量,发现高干组和工人组中存在膳食不合理的现象。提示膳食营养状况对高血压。肥胖、高脂血症以及冠心病的发生起重要的作用。
To study the relationship between dietary nutritional status and coronary heart disease(CHD) or it's risk factors, a survey was carried out among 1 187 persons over 60 years old. The results showed that the incidence of CHD or it's risk factors for both senior cadres and workers were much higher than that for peasants(P<0.01). Also, daily intake of dietary nutrients among the aged males and females in Guiyang city was analysed in accordance with different occupation. We cuncluded that dietary nutritional status played important role in the pathogenesis of CHD or it's risk factors. such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, obesity.
