摘要
用穿流箱式干燥机进行了胡萝卜丝的干燥试验。试验结果表明,穿流箱式干燥机干燥果蔬物料时存在一定的不均匀性。物料盘在干燥室中位置不同,物料的干燥曲线及干燥速度差别较大;同一物料盘中不同区域物料的干燥速度也不同。换向进风能显著改善干燥不均匀性。
Experiments of drying uniformity of carrot in through box-type dryer are carried out.It is shown that there is a certain degree unevenness existing in fruit- vegetable drying.While the material tray is placed existing in different position, the curve of drying property of carrrot in the tray is different.Drying uniformity is also changed along with the changing of material position in tray.Drying with re- versible air flow could improve drying uniformity.
