小麦幼穗器官中蔗糖降解酶的活性与分布 被引量:7

摘要 小麦开花前的穗中存在三种蔗糖降解酶:转化酶(主要是可溶性酸性转化酶,SAI)、蔗糖合成酶(SS)和蔗糖-蔗糖果糖基转移酶(SST)。在小花器官中 SAI 活性最高,在穗轴和颖片中,SST 活性最高,而 SS 活性仅仅在小花中可测。一穗上不同部位小穗的酶活性不同,中部小穗的酶(SST,SAI,SS)活性明显高于上部和下部小穗。讨论了穗器官蔗糖降解酶活性与糖分代谢及小穗结实性的关系。 Three enzymes[invertase,sucrose synthase(SS)and sucrose:sucrose fructosyl trans- ferase(SST)]which were asociated with sucrose cleavage appeared in young spike of wheat before anthe- sis.SST activity and Soluble acide invertase(SAI)were greatest respectively in the rachis and in the florets of spike,however,SS ativity can be measured only in the florets,The activity levels of these en- zymes were different between different spikelets of the same spike,and it was showed that the middle spikelets had higher sucrose-cleaving enzyme activities than the basal spikelets and the upper spikelets. The relations between the sucrose-cleaving enzyme activities and the development and grain setting of spikelets were discussed.
