摘要
元江普野(普通野生稻)栖生地远离栽培稻,生活周期属多年生野生稻,套袋自交后代不分离,酯酶同工酶 EST-X 位点分析显示为纯合型普野。多数形态特征分析属典型普野,未见明显的籼粳分化。同工酶分析结果则不同。酯酶上偏籼,过氧化氢酶上则偏梗。两种同工酶上表现不一致似乎表明,元江普野具有籼粳分化的可能性。元江普野在酯酶上接近南亚与东南亚普野,其过氧化氢酶又类似中国其他各省的普野,使它在追溯中国栽培稻的起源与演化上具有重要意义。
The CWR(common wild rice)in Yuanjiang Yunnan is habitated far from cultivated rice. Its life-history shows a perennial type.There exists no segragation in its progeny when self-pollinated by bagging.As far as the esterase isozyme locus Est-X is considered,it is a homozygous kind of CWR.More- over,it belongs to a typical CWR and no obvious Indica-Japonica differentistion.But isozyme analysis indi- cates the opposite results,that is,an Indica-like electromorph in esterase and Japonica like electromor- phain catalase.The discrepancy of the two isozymes suggests that there is the possibility of the Indica- Japonica differentiation.In view of esterase the CWR in Yuanjiang is near to that in South and Southeast Asia,while in catalase it is similar to the CWR in other regions of China.Therefore,CWR in uanjiang is important in tracing the origin and differentiation of the cultivated rice of China.
