摘要
对４１例慢性肾脏病患者不同时期骨髓红系细胞数及骨髓成熟红细胞形态进行观察，结果发现尿毒症组早幼红及晚幼红减少与肾功能正常组有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），而原始江及中幼红与肾功能正常组无差异。氮质血症组红系各阶段与尿毒症组及肾功能正常组无差异。尿毒症组成熟红细胞中异常红细胞总数高于肾功能正常组（Ｐ＜０．０１），氮质血症组高于肾功能正常组（Ｐ＜０．０１），尿毒症组与氮质血症组无差异。
This study performed erythroblast counts and observed the morphology of theerythrocytes in the bone marrow of 41 chronic renal failure patients.The results showed thatthere was a significant difference in the decrease of the pronormoblasts and ortho chromaticcells between the uremic group and the normal group,but there was no such difference in thenormoblasts and polychromatic erythrocytes between these two groups,There was not differencein the various stages of the erythroblast system among the azotemic group, the uremic groupand the normal group.The total number of the abnormal shape erothrocytes was both higher inthe azotemic and uremic groups than the normal group, but,there was no difference betweenthe azotemic group and the uremic group.
